Topic: Let me know when the water temp is over 10 degrees!

This winter seems to have done something to my keeness. That and the fact that my hood was last spotted out the back with a family of worms living in it!

Think I'm going to sit it out until the water temp is out of single figures this year

Yeah, I have also made certain plan for water temp. So, when water temp is going to be more than 10 degree?

Hey guys, any tips for a beginner? Places to stay, hire or by equipments, and so on.
What a bout the temperature? Is it not killing now?

Perranporth always used to be the big, cool, surfing beach when I visited as a youngster (about 15 years ago). It's a really big sandy beach and usually has great surf. The only problem back then was that it was really popular and so probably not quite so fun for a beginner.

I have been to Watergate Bay a few times to surf and that was great (we rented an appartment rather than camping, I must be getting fussy in my old age  wink ). The surf school was really, really good and the waves were fantastic. It was also very quiet but that very early season.
