This property is centrally located, just 300m from Newquay's famous Tolcarne Beach and a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre. This recently completed luxury family property boasts a contemporary designed kitchen with integrated appliances, separate living/dining space, WC on the ground floor, garden with seating area, private off-street parking for 2 vehicles, 3-Double Bedrooms including a Master suite with ensuite shower to the second floor. Main bathroom with bath and shower head. Bedroom three offers the option of twin beds or a superking (via zip and link beds). This is the perfect place for families or friends to come together in a relaxed setting. The location is ideal for walkers, beach lovers and surfers. Newquay also caters for those in search of both coastal cafes and fine dining, however if you just want a cosy night in there is everything you need within the property. There are a number of supermarkets just a short walk away to stock up on supplies, there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, SONOS speaker, WIFI, books, games and DVD's and an outdoor seating area for those warm summer evenings.

With Newquay town centre, harbour and all beaches a short walk away, a car is not essential. For exploring Cornwall further, a car is useful, but Cornwall also has a great bus and rail network
