The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for two and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. There is a ground-floor double bedroom and a ground-floor bathroom with washing machine. Outside, there is a shared garden with patio and furniture, access to a communal pond area and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
