Land's End review

Avoid at all cost. Its a blot on Cornish landscape. Vast carparks but staff park in front of restaurant & hotel & block view.If you want to see real Lands End park in Sennen & walk cliffs, close eyes as pass Lands End buildings and continue to Mill Bay.

Land's End

The only possible way to approach Land's End is by walking along the cliffs from Sennon Cove. That way you can attempt to look out to sea and ignore the hideous creation on land. How did we ever allow such an abomination to destroy our natural heritage? I am appalled.

Land's End

I agree with Chris, I hate what has been done to Lands End. It is now overpriced rubbish and has destroyed a beautiful piece of the landscape. I would demolish the lot and return it to its natural beauty.

How to ruin something beautiful
review by: Chris

I remember this place 20 years ago when it used to do pretty much what it said on the tin. Lands End should be enough on it's own - it's a bunch of amazing cliffs looking out into the Atlantic.
If you want tourist tat (and I mean overpriced tat) then go to a theme park.
Lands End has more in common with a motorway service station than an area of natural beauty. It consists of a cafeteria selling motorway service style food, a load of kids rides, random 'Cornish' stuff and some 'traditional' insights into Cornish life.
My advice, save your money and go to The Lizard or Cape Cornwall!
