Hotel looks quite nice, reasonable accommodation, but bathroom was reminiscent of a broom cupboard. Great views and quite good for walking. Lovely Cornwall breezes.
On the negative side, whoever owns this is some what lacking in customer service and I was rather unhappy at my contact. The price on their website is a bit out of date.I rang up to book and was told the price had gone up; by my reckoning, if they are advertising at a certain price, that was the price that you should pay. The lady I spoke to not only mis-interpreted my room requirements, and argued the point, she also stood by her pricing overly firmly so I got frightened off. Not at all friendly. Successful running of a hotels is often about customer retention ... this time there is no chance I will go back there. This hotel has such potential, but I fear not with the current owner. Very sad indeed.
