Stunning luxurious self cater cottage with its own large garden sitting in the grounds of a Grade 2 listed Georgian farmhouse

The Gardenhouse has three double bedrooms (one with large double and two with twin 3 foot singles), bathroom & loo, shower-room & loo, two sitting rooms one with stereo and other with TV/DVD, WiFi.  The kitchen and large dining area has dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.  The patio area has second dining area, sunbathing furniture, swingset for small children, BBQ & log burning brazier.

The cottage is well placed for exploring the N Coast between Newquay and Bude and for Bodmin Moor walks.  The Camel Valley Cycle-path is less than a mile away.  There is a village shop and pub in St Mabyn as well as a wide choice of pubs and restaurants nearby as well as choice of supermarkets in Wadebridge and Bodmin.

Pets and short breaks by negotiation.  Saturday is normal changeover day.

Menkee Farm is one mile due east of St Mabyn Village and about five miles from Bodmin and 8 miles from Camelford just off the B3266 bodmin to Camelford Road.  It is easily accessible off the A30 by turning off at the Helland exit just east of Bodmin and then continuing through Hellandbridge up to the junction with the B3266.  Turn right and go 600 yards and take the left turning down to the farmhouse that can be seen from the road.  Go through the left hand white gate over the cattle grid on getting to the bottom of the lane.
