Seaspray is a beautiful bungalow situated above the beach in the picturesque village of Cawsand.
Internally the property is finished to a high standard boasting two en-suite bedrooms and stunning sea views from several rooms. Externally the property offers idyllic outdoor space consisting of a furnished patio and garden, complete with barbecue.
The property is located in Kingsand and Cawsand, the quaint adjoining villages on the Rame Peninsula. These villages provide a sense of tranquillity and escapism that comes with being fantastically untouched by time. Characterised by narrow streets, a rich smuggling history and traditional fisherman’s cottages, the villages house a small selection of cafes, pubs and shops.
Both villages have a beach, Cawsand Beach is below the property and is mainly sand. Whereas Kingsand Beach is shingle and welcomes dogs all year.
Whilst these villages are nestled away, they are far from isolated. From Cawsand, you can take a seasonal passenger ferry across to the city of Plymouth which offers an abundance of high street shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and attractions to suit everyone.
If you’re feeling energetic then Looe and Polperro are a mere half an hour away, with Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor only a 45 minute drive.
A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests.
