The cottages are in the centre of the village with off road parking and with stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic coastline and countryside, less than a mile away from, and directly overlooking, the beautiful sandy surfing beach Trebarwith Strand, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The location is peaceful and secluded yet only minutes away from the beach and other attractions. The original 17th century farmhouse was converted, the upper floor Crownest with balcony and conservatory enjoying stunning sea views, the ground floor Haywain with lovely garden, to form separate and private accommodation. Both retain their original cosy Cornish cottage character, with the modern conveniences including Sky Digital TV, DVD/VCR players and wireless internet. The village inn is 2 minutes walk for a quiet drink or meal, Tintagel is just a mile away with its world famous castle and legends of King Arthur. There are more lovely beaches & small fishing villages just minutes away by car.
Crowsnest offers fantastic panoramic sea views, with 1 double, 1 twin, new tiled bathroom with under-floor heating and shower over bath, comfortable lounge/diner leading to the heated conservatory on the balcony where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views what ever the weather. The compact fitted kitchen has all the usual appliances with fitted oven, electric hob & microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer , separate laundry room with washer/dryer. We supply all bedlinen, towels and tea towels and beds are made up for your arrivalPlease bring your own beach towels. There is a library of videos, dvds and books and board games for the odd rainy day. Park Farm Cottages are ideal as a centre to tour Cornwall and North Devon, there are lots of local walks that start right here and if you wish to learn to surf there is a surf school on the beach right below. We provide lots of information on what to do and where to go, in a very large surrounding area, in a very comprehensive information pack.
