Ardevora an Gylen is one of three cotages withing the grounds of Ardevora Mill.  Ardevora is tucked away down a one mile farm track and is situated on the upper reaches of the River Fal in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula.

Although wonderfully remote and peaceful the cottage is ideally positioned to visit the beaches and villages of the Roseland as well as Cornwall’s many other attractions.

Sympathetically renovated and appointed to the highest standard Ardevora an Gylen is a wonderful place to stay, whether you wish to relax or spend your days exploring the lovely beaches and attractions Cornwall offers.

Ardevora an Gylen has an internal adjoining door into Crowjy Ardevora, which can be opened for larger parties sharing both cottages.

This 4 Star Gold VisitBritain property is tastefully furnished to a high specification, Enter through the light airy hallway which has door off to all rooms.  The lounge has a large sofa bed, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is a wet room. which includes a shower, WC and hand basin. The master bedroom has twin beds.  A large patio and grassed area is reached from doors by the dining area and is shared with the adjoining cottage Crowjy Ardevora.

The floor throughout are tiled, with underfloor heating.

Please note: although a ground floor cottage there is a step to the front and rear doors. 

A refundable security deposit of £75 is payable with the balance.
