Cobb Cottage is a traditional 200 year old cottage situated just yards from the village square of St Keverne and its 14th Century Church.
A small enclosed paved area in front of the cottage leads through a stable door into a cosy, beamed sitting/dining room, with Inglenook fireplace and wood burner. A flat screen Colour TV, dvd player and hi-fi are also provided. Broadband computer communication has now been added at no extra expense to the user.
The newly re- fitted kitchen has an electrical hob and cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer and washing machine plus a dishwasher. Stairs lead to the three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, plus an attractively decorated bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, W.C, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.
Immediatley opposite the cottage is a walled patio area with garden furniture and washing line, ideal for barbeques on summer evenings.  Car parking is 50yds away from the cottage.  St Keverne is one of the most popular villages on the Lizard Peninsular. It boasts a small supermaket, newsagent, post office, quality butcher, an excellent organic restaurant plus two local pubs all serving a variety of good food. 
Beaches are close by at village locations such as Porthoustock and Porthallow along with the popular harbour village of Coverack.
Boats can be hired at Helford River and St Anthony. There are plenty of walks and beautiful gardens to visit within the local area.
