The Hollies St. Ives is a friendly family run Guest House. We offer you a warm welcome and good food in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.The Hollies St. Ives Bed and Breakfast is situated a few minutes walk from the town centre of St. Ives and Porthminster Beach. The other beaches buscoach and railway stations are also close by. We have our own car park adjacent to the rear of the guest house with limited spaces for specific rooms.Our Bed and Breakfast has a refurbished Guest Lounge to relax in and enjoy panoramic views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available from the guest lounge (password is required).St Ives is a beautiful old Cornish fishing town full of character and charm. With its narrow winding cobbled streets ancient buildings picturesque harbour rugged coastline magnificent beaches restaurants inns and nightspots. St Ives has much to offer even the most discerning holiday maker. Close to The Hollies St. Ives Bed and Breakfast are five beaches in all where you can surf fish explore swim or just bask in the sun. St Ives is also a perfect touring centre with so many places of interest like Penzance St. Michael’s Mount Land’s End Zennor Helston and The Lizard (to name but a few) within easy reach. Visit the exotic Isles of Scilly by boat or helicopter with daily trips from Penzance - we are also only 45 minutes (approx.) drive to the Eden Project.In the dining room a range of breakfasts can be served English Continental or Vegetarian.At The Hollies St. Ives Bed and Breakfast all of our bedrooms have their own en suite facilities with full central heating (for those winter breaks) colour television with Freeview tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms have superb sea views. We have our own private car park for guests to the rear of the premises with limited spaces available for specific rooms.We regret that we are unable to accept children under the age of seven.

From the A30 take the exit off the roundabout onto the A3074 signposted to St. Ives. Continue on the A3074 passing though the villages of Lelant and Carbis Bay. As you approach St. Ives down the hill take the slip road off to the left opposite the Porthminster Hotel signposted to the Leisure Centre and coach park. Proceed along Albert Road for approximately 250 metres and continue around the double left hand bends into Talland Road. The Hollies will be found as the third property up on the right hand sign with a large light blue sign outside.
