The property has four bedrooms including a separate studio flat with it’s own kitchen, bathroom and living room, giving flexibility for larger groups. All the rooms are well appointed, especially the large kitchen and living room which are perfect for socialising.
Facing straight on to the beautiful tidal estuary. The majority of the rooms face out onto the breathtaking view, and the others face onto the lush tropical gardens at the rear of the property.
The house can accommodate a maximum number of 8. The house has been decorated in a contemporary style, with creams and browns in the majority of rooms. However so, each room is still individually designed with different accent colours best suited to the view of that room. There’s a large lounge area along with spacious cooking and eating facilities, all decorated with immaculate taste and style.
The property also boasts the Californian Hot Tub where guests can relax after a day of wandering the busy streets of St. Ives, and enjoy the view of the setting sun. Guests can also book a spa treatment or house service for them or another member of their party. These include massages, beauty treatments, a private chef and private yoga tuition.
