Pednolver is a handsome late Victorian property that was once home to a ship’s Captain. Situated in a “Crows Nest” position in the town, it enjoys some of the finest views to be found and gazes out across the ancient harbour town of St Ives to the ocean beyond.
The apartments are within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, beaches and town facilities. All the apartments have amazing views and each has a private parking space situated to the rear of the property.

The apartments can be booked together to sleep up to 14 people, or individually to sleep between 2-6 people.

Apartment 2 is our biggest single apartment, spread over the ground floor of the property and yet still offers some of the most amazing views in St. Ives. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4(6) in a king sized bed and 2 single beds, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. This apartment also has a wet-room and is suitable for disabled access.

Apartment 3 is based on the first floor and has one very large double bedroom and sleeps 2(4) in a king sized bed plus a sofa bed in the lounge. This apartment also has a Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower.

Apartment 4 is a one bedroom penthouse sleeping 2(4). The bedroom features an 8ft wide bed plus there is a sofa bed in the lounge. This property has sole use of a 20ft x12ft balcony which has spectacular views over the town and is perfect for afternoon sunbathing or for alfresco dining whilst watching the sunset over the town of St Ives.
