The house is within a few minutes of the town centre, beaches and the Tate Gallery.  It is double glazed and has gas central heating.  The lounge area is on the first floor which has magnificent sea views from a sliding window with balustrade.  It is comfortably furnished with two large sofas, colour television,  DVD player and stereo. There is a fitted, well equipped modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with dining table and chairs.  Beech flooring throughout this floor.  Stairs from the lounge lead to the second bedroom with twin 3’ divan beds, built in shelving and ample storage space.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor with 4’6” double divan, mirror fronted sliding door wardrobes with lots of storage, hanging space, pullout baskets and shelving, dressing table and bedside cabinets.  Next to the master bedroom is the bathroom with bath with electric shower over, wash basin and toilet.  There is an additional seating area containing a sofa and sliding window with balustrade next to the bathroom. 

From the ground floor is access to the integral garage where the washing machine and freezer are located.  The garage will accommodate one car.  Additional parking for a second car outside the garage.  Opposite the garage is a private paved patio with BBQ, table/chairs and washing line.

Electricity and Gas included. Sorry no pets. Strictly no smoking.  Bed linen/towels provided (not beach towels).  Children under 7 by arrangement.

Midweek bookings available out of season.  The house is let from Saturday to Saturday.  It may be occupied from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

On reaching St. Ives drive through into the town centre.  On reaching a cross roads turn left between Natwest Bank and the Library.  Continue up ‘The Stennack’ past the cinema and the Co-Op until you come to a mini roundabout.

At the mini roundabout turn right and drive up Bullans Lane.  At the top turn right into Ventnor Terrace.  Just past the shops the road bears sharply to the left turn right here and go straight across.  You will see a row of houses on your right hand side (Carrack Dhu Estate).  At the end of these houses is Ocean Loft (1 Carrack Dhu Estate).

Turn right and immediately right again for the garage (underneath the house).
