Woodmill Farm is ideally situated for exploring Cornwall. Close to famed gardens, glorious beaches and historic ports. Excellent local restaurants bolster Cornwall’s growing reputation for good food. If you enjoy walking, look no further than the Luxulyan Valley, a notable local beauty spot and the historic Saints Way. Cyclists will enjoy the many cycle tracks and networks. The Eden project is a stones throw away and The Lost Gardens of Heligan a little further. Golfing, Sailing, Fishing, Riding - whatever takes your fancy – all within easy reach.

The Brambles, Rowan, Sweet Chestnut and Keeper's cottage are all housed within the Mill, Buttercup cottage, is a separate single storey building set a little apart from the Mill, with its own garden and decked seating area. All the cottages are centrally heated and have colour television; all cottages except Buttercup now have WiFi broadband. On entering these cottages, you will find a well equipped bright kitchen/diner with a farmhouse table and a ground floor cloakroom. A staircase winds up to the inviting open plan lounge with a Juliette balcony overlooking the meadow, then up to the top floor which contains the master bedroom en-suite. The exposed beams and traditional wooden flooring gives a cosy warm feel. Comfortable soft sofas and tasteful décor make this a real “home from home”, a real treat to come and relax in.
Separate from the main building is a utility room with washer/dryer and outside toilet. Fresh linen and towels are included. There is also a shared outside seating/dining area, ideal for barbeques or just to sit, relax and have a nice glass of wine.

Ample car parking is available. Plus we have a cycle and boot store for those who wish to explore Cornwall by these forms of transport.

Your cottage will be available from 4.00pm and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
