The Saltings is in a tucked away position less than 100 metres from the village centre and harbour. This well-equipped cottage with its courtyard garden and parking is ideal for families . Sleeps up to 6 + cot available.  Linen is provided and electricity is included in the price

Downstairs the cottage has a comfortably furnished sitting room which leads through to a spacious, well equipped eat-in kitchen.  Immediately outside the kitchen door is an enclosed courtyard garden which provides a secluded area for al fresco dining and a safe area for children to play in.

Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms.  The master bedroom offers a double bed, single bed and cot.  The second bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed.  There is a modern bathroom with three piece suite.  There is also an over bath electric shower.

Allocated parking is provided for one car.  The cottage and parking area are accessed via a narrow entrance which can accommodate most family cars.

The cottage is ideally situated for summer holidays being within close proximity to numerous sandy beaches, coastal villages and visitor attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House. 

Situated on the Southwest Coastal Path, Mevagissey itself is a delightful fishing village and as such offers numerous opportunities for excursions by boat and fishing trips. In addition to a small aquarium, model railway and folk museum recounting Mevagissey’s past there is a recently opened Activity Centre.  Beyond the peak holiday season The Saltings is a cosy base from which to explore the surrounding area.
