Set in the grounds of a Former 17th Century flour Mill overlooking the meadow and woodland. We have two one bed cottages all on one level to offer you, each with a terrace and garden. EDEN 1m, Heligan close by
The Mill Cottages are ideally situated for exploring Cornwall. Close to famed gardens, glorious beaches and historic ports. Excellent local restaurants bolster Cornwall’s growing reputation for good food. If you enjoy walking, look no further than the Luxulyan Valley, a notable local beauty spot and the historic Saints Way. Cyclists will enjoy the many cycle tracks and networks. The Eden project is a stones throw away and The Lost Gardens of Heligan a little further. Golfing, Sailing, Fishing, Riding - whatever takes your fancy – all within easy reach.

Little Toms and Buttercup cottage, are separate single storey building set in the grounds of a converted Mill, the cottages have their own garden/picnic area and decked seating area. Little Toms has underfloor heating where as Buttercup Cottage is centrally heated and both have colour television; both cottages now have WiFi broadband. On entering these cottages, you will find a well equipped bright kitchen/diner/lounge overlooking the meadow, the master bedroom has a 5ft double bed with en-suite shower . The exposed beams and traditional wooden flooring or tiling in Little Toms gives a cosy warm feel. Comfortable soft sofas and tasteful décor make this a real “home from home”, a real treat to come and relax in.
Fresh linen and towels are included. There is also outside seating/dining area, ideal for barbeques or just to sit, relax and have a nice glass of wine.
Ample car parking is available. Plus we can accommodate cycles upon request for those who wish to explore Cornwall by this form of transport.

Directions
From Plymouth, take the A38 to Liskeard, then the A390 from Liskeard to St Blazey.
Go over level crossing at St Blazey, see garage on left, take right turn signposted ‘Eden Project’, then first right and you’re there.
From Truro take the A390 to St Austell, and continue to St Blazey. Go through St Blazey and at the first sign for the Eden Project, turn left then first right for Woodmill.
Main line station: Par Station is within 1 mile and Newquay Airport is 30 minutes away.
St Blazey, with shops, two pubs serving food and a Post Office, is only 300 metres away.
