The Cottage, like the main house was built of Cornish granite over 100 years ago and is ideally situated in the heart of Cornwall in the semi rural historic Cornish clay mining village of Nanpean.
There is a hot tub for exclusive use of guests for two one hour sessions a day.

To get to the cottage from the north when leaving the M5 at the end take the left fork the A30 signposted Okehampton. Travel along the A30 for about 70 miles and leave at the Victoria interchange Exit signposted Roche and Victoria.
Drive for 0.5 miles and turn left after the petrol station signposted Victoria Business Centre. Drive for a further mile travelling through Roche and at the mini roundabout take the first exit and then immediately turn right onto Harmony Road.
Drive for about 3.5 miles travelling through the village of Whitemoor. The road becomes Currian Road Nanpean and the cottage is situated behind a detached granite house on the right named The Villa.
