Edmondscote - Perranporth

A delightful cottage in a peaceful location

Edmondscote is a very pretty cottage which is located on the outskirts of the village of Bolingey; a peaceful location close to Perranporth beach on Cornwall’s stunning North coast.

Perranporth is a traditional seaside town with many shops, restaurants and other facilities. It is well known for the wide sandy beach which is featured on TV’s ’Beach Rescue’.

There is a pretty footpath which will take you straight down to the beach in about 15 minutes. Bolingey itself has an ancient pub which serves excellent food and is an easy level walk from the cottage.

Edmondscote is also very well placed for exploring Cornwall; it is only a 15 minute drive from Newquay and only 20 minutes from Newquay airport. The Eden Project and the Maritime Museum at Falmouth are a short drive away. Many fantastic walks are easily accessible, including the South West Coastal Path.

The cottage offers two bedrooms, 1 double and one twin, has a large lounge diner with inglenook fireplace and log burner, and as a pretty hand painted kitchen with a dishwasher. It is full of character and is well furnished to a high standard. There is parking for two cars and a large private garden.

The electricity is included in the rental price.

One well behaved dog allowed.
