Edmondscote and Bill's Barn are set in the lovely wooded valley of Penwartha Coombe, which is just one mile inland of the stunning North Coast of Cornwall and the fabulous beach at Perranporth.
Bill’s Barn
Penwartha Cottages presents Bills Barn Cottage. It is a charming, romantic 1 bedroom cottage, set in a peaceful location, ideal for couples. It has many delightful features including a pretty log burner, a cosy bedroom with en-suite shower and a modern kitchen. It also has a secluded and private garden. It typifies a Cornish holiday cottage.
The cottage is located at Penwartha, 1 mile from the fabulous beach at Perranporth, right next door to our other Holiday cottage - Edmondscote.

Bill’s Barn is very well placed for exploring, being only 10 minutes to the A30 and only 20 minutes from Newquay airport.
Edmondscote
Edmondscote is a very pretty cottage which is located on the outskirts of the village of Bolingey; a peaceful location close to Perranporth beach on Cornwall’s stunning North coast.
The cottage offers:-
Two bedrooms, 1 double and one twin, both romantically furnished.
A large lounge diner with inglenook fireplace and log burner.
A TV and DVD player with Sky Freeview (please bring your viewing card if you would like all your favourite channels)
A pretty hand painted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels – but not beach towels
It is full of character and is well furnished to a high standard.
There is parking for two cars and a large private garden.
Pets welcome by arrangement
Edmondscote and Bill’s Barn can be rented together for larger families or a family plus the grandparents.
