Heating and electric are included, as is freesat tv, linen and towels. Large main bedroom plus a sofa bed will sleep 2+1 very comfortably. ONE, VERY well behaved pet is allowed.
Ideal location to explore the far west of Cornwall with the beaches at Hayle and the picturesque town of St Ives just a 30 minute drive to the east. On the outskirts of Penzance is Marazion, just a couple of miles from Newlyn, where you can take a boat (or walk the causeway if the tide is right!) over to the majestic castle on the island that is St Michaels Mount. There is a heliport in Penzance for those wishing to visit the Scilly Isles or alternatively take the Scillonian for a fantastic boat trip over.
Travel west by car and Landsend, Sennen Cove and The Minack Theatre are less than 30 minutes away. The sea and Newlyn port is literally across the road from the apartment with the beautiful old fishing village of Mousehole within easy walking distance along a scenic coastal road. Excellent local amenities including bars, restaurants, cafe and groceries available in Newlyn, or walk a mile along the promenade to Penzance !
