Situated on the edge of Alverton, just half a mile from the centre of the market town of Penzance, it is the ideal base to explore the West of Cornwall. With Lands End, Sennen (white sandy beach with superb surf!) Porthcurno, (home to the famous Minack Theatre) and a beautiful beach in one direction and Marazion, St Ives, The Lizard and The Cathedral City of Truro in another.

The Nook is close to numerous sandy beaches, historical places and outstanding coastal and countryside walks.

Alverton enjoys a local pub offering good food, a village shop, a newsagents and fish & chip shop. Penzance promenade and seafront is just a 10 minute stroll through the tree lined streets or a 10 minute stroll to the main Market town of Penzance will find you plenty of good Galleries, shops, restaurants, pubs and for those wanting to experience the nightlife, there are numerous venues varying from live bands to nightclubs.
