On M5 south west.
Exit at Junction 31, branch left, then merge onto the A30 (signposted Bodmin)
As you approach Penzance a few miles after Crowlas
take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto the A394 (signposted Helston)
At next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A394 (signposted Helston)
Carry on for a few miles passing through Rosudgeon and Newtown.
Turn right just before the service station onto Pentreath Lane (signposted Pentreath & Praa Sands) - Take care on this narrow winding road - when you reach the end of the road (by the sea) turn left onto Castle Drive
Turn first right into fenced driveway between single bungalow and terrace of bungalows
You will see Palm Bay parking sign on your right. Palm Bay is at the end of the path down the front of the terraced bungalows.
