Spacious and well equipped farmhouse apartment to sleep 6 persons in 3 bedrooms.  Nanceddan (Cornish for ‘Valley of the Birds’) is located midway between St Ives and Penzance in a beautiful and tranquil valley with superb views down to St Michael’s Mount, Mounts Bay and the surrounding countryside. 

The apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, large bathroom with shower.  There is parking, central heating, double glazing and large gardens for visitors to enjoy together with colour TV, video, dvd player, CD/radio, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, iron.  Towels (not beach), hot water, electricity and bed linen are supplied. Free Wi-fi connection.

This is a relaxing and peaceful yet very well located destination to enjoy the beauty of West Cornwall.  The nearby footpaths which lead to the local village, church and public houses allow visitors to enjoy stunning scenery via fields and woodlands.  The village of Marazion with its quaint shops and sandy beach is only a five minute drive away.

Follow the main A30 between Hayle and Penzance. At the end of the village of Crowlas turn right at the crossroads into Ludgvan.  At ‘The Old Inn’ turn sharp right up Blowing House Hill. Follow road for half a mile and on the brow of the hill turn left signposted ‘Nanceddan’.  Follow tarmac lane down into the yard to Nanceddan Farmhouse. There is parking at the front indicated by white lines.
