Elmsdale is a spacious Victorian townhouse within the Penzance conservation area. The Town centre is approximately 600 metres away and the sea front 500 metres away. The house exhibits many traditional features of the generously proportioned buildings of the Victorian era. It has recently been thoroughly refurbished.
Elmsdale offers 3 double rooms and a twin bedded room. All rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen (LCD) TVs/DVD players, hospitality trays and free Wi-Fi access.
Breakfast, served in the ground floor dining room, comprises a selection of cereals, fruit juices, yogurts, grapefruit segments and a range of cooked to order options including croissants and various permutations of the full English Breakfast.
No smoking is permitted any where on the premises. There is plentiful on-street parking close to Elmsdale.
Room rates quoted assume two persons sharing a double room. Single occupancy rate is 50% + £10.
To confirm a booking a deposit equal to one nights accommodation charge is required (cards accepted). Deposits are fully refundable provided 24 hrs notice of cancellation is given.
