Elmsdale is Victorian town house in a terrace of fine town houses leading off Penzance sea front. Elmsdale is within the Penzance conservation area and close to Penlee Park. Penzance town centre is approximately 600 metres away through the park or via leafy paved pedestrian paths that criss-cross the Town. The house exhibits many traditional features of the generously proportioned buildings of the Victorian era. It has recently been thoroughly refurbished.
Elmsdale offers 3 double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, flat screen (LCD) TVs/DVD players and hospitality trays. There is a single room let only with one of the double rooms for parties of 3 (shares the ensuite bathroom). Free wireless broadband access is provided
