The three large bedrooms are on the ground floor and the master bedroom with a sea view has a king size bed it also has an en-suite with a bath, over shower, hand basin and toilet.
A spacious second bedroom, with french doors leading out to the court yard garden; a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the sea view.
The final bedroom has a single bed and another available to pull-out to create another double or 2 singles as required.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the garage, ideal for storing surf boards and wet suits.
