Holly Dale is a traditional granite cottage in a secluded rural setting just minutes from the beautiful Lamorna Cove and with easy access to the Minack Theatre, St Michaels Mount, Penzance and the Lizard Peninsular.

The property benefits from a large garden with patio area and parking for up to 3 cars. Wi-fi is also available for guests with an internet enabled device.

Please note: This property is only available for weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday.

Please note: The owners artist studio is attached to the cottage and is accessed via the same pathway. Also the owner has 2 cats which are usually residents at the cottage and during your stay will remain in the locality. Every effort is made to ensure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned and free of cat hair but any visitor  with a serious allergy to cats should be aware of the risk.

• Furnished with a king-size bed, 2 bedside tables both with lamps, walk-in wardrobe with hanging and shelving and a four drawer chest.

Bedroom two

• Views over the front garden and fields to rear of property.
• Furnished with twin beds, 2 bedside tables both with lamps, double wardrobe and a five drawer chest.

Main bathroom - downstairs

• A white suite comprising a bath with electric shower over, wash basin, w.c., mirror and storage.

Shower room - upstairs

• A white suite comprising a shower cubicle with combi-shower, wash basin, w.c., mirror, shelving and heated towel rail.
