Kohinoor is a fully modernised Edwardian villa on the North Cornish Coast only two minutes walk from two lovely beaches - sandy Trevone Bay, and Newtrain Bay with acres of rock pools.

Trevone is a village beside the sea.  It has two beautiful beaches, one sandy and one with acres of rock pools, so there is plenty of scope for surfing, body-boarding, swimming, rock-pooling, climbing and building sand-castles as well as looking for catching your lunch !  There are also walks with magnificent views along the North Cornwall Coastal Path, leading to many other beaches and coves.

Padstow, the home of so many fine fish restaurants and the stunning Camel estuary is only a couple of miles away

The villa has a quiet and secluded garden, with beautiful bathroom, walk in wet room and large kitchen diner

Kohinoor has a large kitchen / dining area with underfloor central heating fully fitted kitchen, plus a baby & a toddler’s high-chair.  There is a spacious sitting room with a bay window, TV, DVD, video, & games cupboard. Also downstairs there is a separate utility room with washing machine & tumble drier, and a separate wet-room with twin showers where you can change from your wetsuits after surfing, plus separate loo. 

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms: the first room has a 5’ double bed with ensuite; the second & third rooms have 2 single beds, and the fourth a bunk bed suitable for 2 children plus a fixed cot.  A portable folding cot is also available. There is a separate beautiful bathroom with a bath / power shower, washbasin and loo. Please supply own linen and towels
