The open plan living area is furnished to an impeccable standard and gives access to the one of the balconies offering a spacious area to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, dine al fresco, or simply relax and take in the panoramic views. From here, a private staircase gives access down to the communal sun terrace and hot tub.

Each apartment is fitted with state of the art kitchens, but Rocklands will be a stylish destination in itself. On the ground floor you’ll find Pizza Express, a spacious restaurant where diners can enjoy a unique combination of great food, stunning views and a choice of dining inside or outside on the cliff top terrace.

For your convenience there’s an outside shower to wash the sand and sea away, a heated wet room to make sure your kit is dry and ready for the next day plus private lockers to store your boards and suit safely.

The property operates on a Sunday changeover in July and August, during school holidays short breaks may be accepted provided the do not overlap the changeover day.
