A luxurious, contemporary guesthouse in the heart of Newquay catering for couples and families.

Located only a five-minute walk from the town centre and beaches and a 10-minute walk from Fistral Beach, Breaks combine the luxury of a hotel with the intimacy of a guest house. We offer contemporary accommodation for couples and families, that is run on an ecologically sound basis, using energy from renewable sources and environmentally friendly products.

All our rooms are ensuite, some with wetrooms and have been individually designed and created featuring handmade furniture and individual pieces of art. Each room has flatscreen TVs with DVD players, you are welcome to choose from our extensive DVD library.
We have two rooms that can accommodate families. A travel cot is also available free of charge. Babysitting service also available.

We offer a full English breakfast, vegetarian option a speciality. We use locally sourced produce, organic where possible. We also offer afternoon speciality coffees, tea & lite bites.

Leave the A30 and follow the A392 to Newquay. At Quintrell Downs you will pick up signs to Fistral Beach, keep following these signs and you will pass a Texaco garage on your right. At the top of the hill you come to a roundabout where you take the second exit signposted Fistral Beach. Take the first right, Crantock Street and Breaks is 50m on your right.
