Small boutique style bed and breakfast located just 2 minutes from Fistral beach.
We have created a small stylish boutique bed and breakfast. Our individually designed guest rooms have all been created with your comfort in mind.
Each room has its own en-suite and each is finished with those little touches that make it special. Digital flat screen televisions with Freeview and built in DVD players, to luxurious Egyptian cotton linen and towels.
Our rooms have complimentary tea and coffee making facilities along with fresh milk if requested and a varied selection of teas. Each is equipped with a hair dryer and those all essential full length mirrors.
To us breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be rushed. All our breakfasts are cooked to order using the freahest local produce wherever possible.
Breakfast is taken in our dining room but on warm days can be taken outside on our pleasent little patio area.
As parking is at a premium in Newquay, why not take advantage of our private on site car park.
We are located just a 2 minute stroll from the world famous Fistral surfing venue with its long sandy beach and only a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Newquay has some great restaurants including some fantastic fish restuarants serving only the freshest seafood caught daily by local fishermen.
Newquay has plenty to offer everybody and is the perfect base to explore Cornwall and all that it has to offer.
Here at Beaches we aim to ensure you enjoy your stay and can provide information on all the local attractions.

From the A30 take the Newquay road. Once you approach Newquay follow the signs for Fistral Beach and Pentire. go along Gannel Road and once you get to the top turn left onto Pentire Road. This runs into Pentire Ave. We are located two hundred yards along Pentire Ave on the left.
