Newlyn is easily reachable from Penzance which itself has excellent transport links from the rest of the UK. Whether you are travelling by car, train or bus you'll have no problem getting to Newlyn. Once in Newlyn it gets a little trickier!! The cottage is situated in the Fradgan district of Newlyn, which although unrivalled for charm and quaintness is a little on the higgeldy-piggledy side!
