Sunnyside is a lovely south facing Cornish cottage in Marazion with wonderful sea views and of course the stunning St Michael’s Mount out in the bay, and there are super views of ‘the Mount’ and the bay from all the windows at the front.
The cottage is tastefully decorated in neutral colours, reflecting a seaside theme.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with a glowing wood-burner, LCD TV, Sky TV, DVD player and CD player.The kitchen diner has a large table and chairs ideal for family meals and the utility is great for dealing with those sandy towels after a day on the beach. The bathroom and three bedrooms are off the split landing on the first floor. Two have wonderful sea views and window seats and the third, a single at the back of the house, boasts an en suite shower-room. Marazion is within easy walking distance down the hill and you can enjoy the interesting art galleries, cafes and glorious stretches of golden sands and even a walk or boat trip across the tidal causeway to the Mount itself.
