A390 to Lostwithiel from Liskeard/Plymouth direction, take first left at the 'Lostwithiel Welcomes You' sign, also marked with brown sign for 'Earl of Chatham'. At next small crossroads turn left (signed Lerryn/St Winnow). Proceed for 500 yards and take the right fork signed Newham/Polmenna. 200 yards keep to left fork (signed Polmena House) and entrance gate is 200 yards on your right.
