The Rigging is a delightful three bedroom cottage set in the peaceful village of Crumplehorn in Polperro, within easy reach of the fishing towns of Looe and Fowey and a short leisurely stroll through the pretty village to the harbour front.

Internally the property has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard; there is a consistent pastel theme with stylish decorative pieces. Externally the property offers a front garden with seating for six, this provides the ideal position to sit back and watch the comings and goings of village life.

The village tearooms are within a two minute walk of The Rigging, as is the Crumplehorn Inn, a characterful 13th Century Inn offering hearty food. The picturesque village of Polperro can be reached within a leisurely stroll. Polperro is arguably one of the prettiest villages in Cornwall, characterised by a jumble of fisherman’s cottages and colourful boats bobbing in the harbour. Here you will also find a handful of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy.

Within a short drive you will reach Looe, a popular resort with gift shops, fish and chip stalls and a popular family-friendly beach. Be sure to also make the short drive to Fowey, a charming fishing town with a selection of boutiques and art galleries. Fowey holds many events throughout the year including the popular Fowey Royal Regatta and the Daphne du Maurier literary festival. If you feel like a day on the water you can hire kayaks and boats or join a cruise along the river.
