Located in the South Cornwall town of Seaton, Seaspray is a modern 3 bedroom beach house sleeping 6 people. From the decked balcony guests can soak up the sea air and absorb the panoramic views both out to sea and inland over the countryside.

The spacious and modern open plan living area utilises the abundance of natural light on offer and compliments the distinguishing features including a log burner and unique artwork on display. The three bedrooms are all spacious with the master bedroom leading out onto the balcony overlooking the sea. To the rear of the property is large enclosed garden with a small patio area ideal for alfresco dining.

Just a short stroll from the property itself is Seaton beach, providing fun for all the family and an ideal place for children to explore all of the rock pools.

Further along the coast is Whitsand Bay, characterised by its’ sheer, high cliffs and dramatic scenery with long stretches of sandy beach running beneath. One mile east of Seaton is Downderry, a shingle beach and home to the wreck of Gypsy, the sister ship of the Cutty Sark and nestled in a kelp bed awaiting those interested in snorkelling.

Just four miles away, and accessible via the south west coastal path, Looe is famed for its’ picturesque setting around the harbour and abundance of fresh sea food. Visitors will be spoilt for choice with the selection of restaurants on offer and no visit here is complete without sampling the freshly caught local produce.
