Open plan sociable living area with large corner sofa, tv with freeview and DVD, dining table and chairs. Enjoy sea glimpses from the decking area with bench and chairs to the front of the property. Sleeps 4 - this means 2 adults and 2 children.
Modern fitted kitchen, microwave and washer/dryer machine. Modern bathroom with power shower over bath. One double bedroom and bedroom two has a full-size bunk bed. All linen/electricity included. There is one designated parking space next to the decking.
Wifi is available for an extra charge or free if you are a BT Broadband customer.
Downderry is a friendly village with a pub by the sea, post office, good village store, cafe and quality restaurant. The beach and amenities are only a few minutes walk.
Portobello is only 30 mins drive from Plymouth so is perfectly situated to reach the best of both Devon and Cornwall attractions. We are easily reached from the A38/A387. Full tourist pack available.
We are available all year round, whether for a cosy winter break or to enjoy the summer in Cornwall!

Directions
Take the A38 into Cornwall over the Tamar Bridge at Plymouth. Continue on A38 until Trerulefoot roundabout (by Kernow Mill) and take the first exit A374 (A387) towards Torpoint. After approx 1 mile, turn right onto A387 towards Looe. After approx 4 miles at Hessenford (by Copley Arms pub) turn left towards Seaton and Downderry. Go through Seaton past the beach, up the hill and into Downderry. When you see The Blue Plate restaurant at the corner of Broads Yard, turn left. Morweth Court is 100 yards on the left hand side. Portobello is in the top right hand corner with designated car parking space 21.
