Penvith Barns is a fabulous place to stay in the winter-time. My hearty breakfast will set you up for whatever the day may bring. Our cosy centrally heated rooms will welcome you back from your excursions with a tumble dryer available for any wet-weather mishaps. Autumn walks on the nearby South-West Coast Path or Winter Wanders whilst beachcombing are great ways to enjoy the county when all the holiday makers have gone home. There are plenty of great all-weather attractions to visit and Looe has some of the best restaurants in Cornwall to finish off your day. Our course our friendly herd of alpacas are just as happy to greet visitors whatever the time of year.

From England - Bypass Plymouth on the A38 and take the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall. Follow the A38 for about 5 miles turning left at the Trerulefoot Roundabout signposted Looe. After mile turn right onto the A387 signposted Looe. After about 5 miles Penvith is signposted to the left at No Mans Land village. You might find the signs to the Monkey Sanctuary easier to follow. Continue following the signs to PenvithMonkey Sanctuary. You will find us on the left hand side mile before the monkeys.From Cornwall - Bypass Liskeard heading east on the A38. Turn right onto the B3252 signed towards Looe. Follow for about 3 miles then turn left onto a very narrow lane signed toward Bindown. Twinaways Farm is on one corner and there is a large hand-painted sign for the Monkey Sanctuary on the other corner. Stay on this narrow lane over the cross-road past Looe Golf Club and down the hill to Bindown. At the end of the lane turn right and after 50 yards turn left into No Mans Land. You will pick up signs for Penvith here but you might find the signs to the Monkey Sanctuary easier to follow. Continue following the signs to PenvithMonkey Sanctuary. You will find us on the left hand side mile before the monkeys.
