Hill Park is a Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse set in the scenic Kensey Valley, 4 miles west of Launceston in North Cornwall, easy to reach from the A30 and close to the Cornwall/Devon border.
Our centrally-heated double bedrooms each offer king sized bed, en-suite modern shower room, tea & coffee making facilities, TV & DVD, hairdryer, alarm clock radio and private patio. Each room is accessed via its own front door allowing maximum privacy and comfort.
Breakfast is served in our traditional cottage dining room which retains many original 18th century features including moorland fireplace and beamed ceiling. Local and organic produce and home-grown tomatoes are served whenever possible with a choice of full English breakfast, vegetarian option, smoked fish and scrambled eggs, porridge or lighter options such as cereals, dried fruit compote, yoghurt or bagels.

By car: Turn off the A30 at Kennards House junction and follow A395 to Piper’s Pool. Take the first right, signposted to Egloskerry. Follow this lane beyond the village for approximately ½ mile and then take the first right turn (it’s on a left-hand bend). Follow country lane for approximately 1 mile until you reach a white cottage with partial slate hangings – this is Hill Park. Entrance and access to parking area is immediately before cottage.
