Julia and Giles would like to welcome you to Old Town and to Tolman House a small established 4 Star Silver Service Awarded Guest Accommodation.

Located in a Stunning Waterside Location, Tolman House is a non-smoking Family Guest House in the quiet hamlet of Old Town on the island of St Mary’s overlooking the bay.  We have 3 en-suite rooms, 2 doubles and 1 double/twin all with a sea-view.
Your holiday package price is based on 4 nights Bed and Breakfast and 3 nights half-board.  Evening meals served to you on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, this is a 3 course meal with a complimentary glass of wine (we try to use local produce wherever possible).
Afterwards why not relax in our comfy lounge while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, or if you prefer you may want to take it outside and enjoy the evening air whilst taking in the views of the bay and perhaps a beautiful sunset.
Our tariff is 4 nights bed and breakfast @ £44.00 per person per night and 3 nights bed,breakfast and evening meal @ £61 per person per night.
For Breakfast we offer a good selection of juices cereals, yogurt and fresh fruits.  Then you can choose from a Traditional Full English to a lighter option if you prefer, such as croissants or smoked haddock.
We are only 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Hugh Town and just a stones throw away from the coastal path and many beautiful bays and inlets for you to explore.

TOLMAN SUITE
We have a 2 person Self-Catering accommodation on the side of the Main House called Tolman Suite with the same beautiful views of the Bay as the Main house, this has it’s own private spacious decking with outside table and chairs, inside you will find a comfortable sofa, a digital T.V. a dining table and chairs, there is a L Shaped fully equipped kitchenette with a full electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster etc.

Behind a partition wall is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage, there is a bathroom with a large shower, all linen and towels including beach towels provided, toiletries, dressing gowns, games, books, etc…

Tariff for Tolman Suite is £550.00 per week in the Peak Season.

Prices can be lower in Off Season for both the Suite and Tolman House as self-Catering.

SLEEPS 6 TOLMAN HOUSE AS SELF-CATERING.
We also let the Main House out for Self-Catering in late July and August and very early season this sleeps 6 persons and has a large fully equipped kitchen a dining room with a large dining table and comfortable chairs a light and airy lounge both rooms have a sea-view, the lounge has comfortable sofas and a digital T.V./DVD and lots of books and games.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all with en-suites and a sea-view there are 2 doubles and 1 twin or double all with T.V./Dvds.

There are laundry facilities available and washing lines, you have full use of the garden and outdoor furniture.

When you arrive in St Mary’s by helicopter take the navy blue heliport shuttlebus and tell them Tolman House. For skybus take the white minibus which will be waiting for you and tell the driver Tolman House ( there is a charge for both the Skybus and heliport shuttlebuses), or alternatively taxis are also outside the heliport.
If you arrive by the Scillonian boat then we are about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the quay in Hugh Town or you may like to ring for a taxi. Island Carriers will automatically deliver your bags from the quay to us there is a small charge for this please clearly label your luggage with Tolman House this will leave you free to walk if you wish, head straight up Church Road over the hill to Old Town past the Bay and turn right where you see the sign for Tolman Cafe we are the first big driveway with a sign saying Tolman House Guest Accommodation, walk up the driveway and the guest house is the granite house with the fish pond out front and the blue front door.
