The large family lounge with stunning views across the bay with French doors leading to a decked terrace with plenty of seating to enjoy sunset barbecues. The lounge has ample seating, large colour TV, DVD and hi-fi.

The spacious 30' dining room is complete with ample dining furniture, colour TV and hi-fi.

KITCHEN
The kitchen includes electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and feature centre island. The kitchen leads to a separate utility room.
BEDROOM 6
This is the large ground floor double bedroom with bedroom furniture, colour TV and en-suite bathroom.
The en suite bathroom comprises bath, seperate shower cubicle, basin and WC.
FIRST FLOOR
There are five spacious en-suite bedrooms comprising of 3 double bedrooms, a family room that sleeps 4 (with a double bed and 3ft bunk beds), and 1 twin bedded room, all have sea or estuary views. All bedrooms are en-suite with either shower or bath with shower over, WC and basin.
All five bedrooms have colour TV and bedroom furniture.
Travel cot available by request (free of charge).
OUTSIDE
There is reserved parking for 4 cars with local pub and shops close by, the beach is just 100 yards away.
There is separate front garden and decked area overlooking the sea with unrivalled sea views.
PLEASE NOTE:
This property is available for let during June, July and August, the rest of the year it is run by ourselves as a Bed and Breakfast establishment. Prices are available on request.
Penallen House has full central heating and all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
