Sitting Room/Dining Room

A light and spacious room on the 2nd floor with twin sofas (one a sofa bed), dining table, colour TV, DVD, Video and HiFi.

Kitchen

Open plan to the dining room, the kitchen has a gas hob, electric double oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

Bedroom and Bathroom 1

On the ground floor bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and a small colour TV. The separate ground floor bathroom has a bath and houses the washer/dryer.

Bedroom and Bathroom 2

On the 1st floor, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and leads to an ensuite bathroom with bath. There are also 2 “z” beds available for use.

Bedroom 3 and Shower Room

Bedroom 3 is on the 3rd floor and has beautiful views over Fowey Harbour and Polruan. It has 2 single beds, a colour TV and ensuite shower room.

Balcony and Roof Terrace

Access from bedroom 3 leads out onto a small balcony overlooking the town with steps up to a terrace with picnic bench which has a 360 degree view of Fowey, Polruan and the Estuary. The terrace is not recommended for young children or anyone elderly.

Entrances, Hallway, Parking Space

The front door is on Lostwithiel Street and leads into a large L shaped hall with table, chairs and a second kitchen area with electric hob, fridge and microwave. There is a parking space for 1 normal sized car in front of the house. The back door opens onto a path whivch leads onto the Churchyard.
