Falmouth is approximately 5 miles by road, or you can catch the ferry from Flushing for a small charge. Flushing, Penryn and Truro are approximately 2, 3 and 8 miles away.

From Trehovel you can walk to Weir Point in 15 minutes, where there is a peaceful, safe and secluded beach. The Pandora Inn, a popular pub on the waters edge and the more local Lemon Arms are 15 and 5 minutes walk, respectively.
