Calamansac provides a unique opportunity for launching dinghies at all states of the tide and in any weather. There is a road through the wood to a slipway and a safe anchorage with a lock-up boat house for storage of gear. Calamansac provides superb access to the water, the Helford and its fascinating Creeks;- dinghy parking, launching and mooring for your own boat and a range of boats for hire, all by arrangement. Though part of the same building, joined by the playroom, the East and West Wing’s have separate access and parking, establishing their privacy. When both wings are booked as one, sound resisting doors can be opened, otherwise the playroom is let for the sole use of the East Wing.

With the possibility to sleep up to twenty-nine the East Wing, West Wing and Sail Loft together provides a unique setting for large groups.

Free Membership of Port Navas yacht club where meals are also available, is included. Trengilly Wartha is within 2.5 miles and serves very good food.
