Boasting an excellent location in Falmouth, Maritime Studios are within a short walk to Ships and Castles Leisure Centre and Ocean Bowl ten pin bowling. The centre of Falmouth is just a 5/10 minute walk away and offers a selection of individual boutiques, restaurants, bars and cafes. There are also plenty of options for evening entertainment, whether this be catching a new release at the cinema or enjoying some live music in one of the entertainment venues. Falmouth is internationally renowned for its rich maritime history, attracting sailing and water sports enthusiasts and even visiting cruise liners!

Relax and Socialise

Maritime Studios has two common rooms, the perfect place to meet up with friends and discuss the day’s activities or just sit back and take in the view. The ground floor common room has Wi-Fi, pool table, TV, seating and vending machines. The fifth floor common room has views across the harbour, sea and town, and is equipped with Wi-Fi and seating.

Accessibility

The building benefits from an area of wild flowers meadow land, and a connecting walkway to Falmouth Docks Railway Station. The line heads on to Truro (Cornwall’s cathedral city), with ongoing direct access to mainline Paddington in London. The journey to Truro takes approximately 20 minutes. There are also regular bus services to Falmouth town centre and the beaches.
