What was once the village Post Office has been skillfully converted to a luxury suite of 3 private rooms for B&B plus a self catering suite on the ground floor that will sleep 2/4 people. Old stone walls, oak floors and vaulted ceilings, dual aspect.
The B&B suite has a sitting room with a day bed for the occasional 3rd person, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and small chiller fridge for keeping your own food and drinks fresh.
The Bathroom has a double sized power shower, basin and WC with ample radiators for dry towels.
The bedroom has a king size double bed, dual aspect windows for both morning and evening sun and plenty of wardobe space.
Breakfast is served in the conservatory, with home-made bread and preserves, local eggs, bacon and sausages.
The Self Catering Studio Flat is double glazed, south facing with its own private entrance and yes, was once the Post Office.
Fully equipped for 4 people, flat screen TV, Fridge Freezer, Microwave. Oak flooring. Food can be provided for those who would sooner prepare breakfast at their leisure.
Fully tiled shower room with WC and vanitory unit. Double bed in a pull down cupboard and a further double bed in the bedroom up 5 steps.

From Tavistock take A39 through Gunnislake, bear left at the Nisa Garage at the top of the hill. At the next T-junction the Post Office House with the Welcome Tree will be directly if front of you.
From Callington take A 39, signposted Gunnislake/Tavistock, through St Annes Chapel, shortly after the Post Office take the right turning signed Albaston and Calstock. The Post Office House is a short way down the hill on your right.
