West Point is in an ideal situation for either touring the countryside or walking our many miles of coastal paths, visiting local gardens including RHS Rosemoor, Docton Mill and the Eden Project is only approx. an hour away. Down at the coast ( 4miles) you will find many beautiful beachs and rocky coves all with breathtaking views and just a short drive away you will find the sandy beaches of Bude. The whole area is steeped in history from the local Rev. Hawker sitting in his coastal hut, to the shipping of sea sand up the Bude Canal.
