Rockford is five minutes walk from a wide, sandy beach on the breath-taking North Cornwall Coast. This is a well appointed, four bedroom, detached bungalow which is ideal for families who enjoy swimming, surfing, rock-pooling or walking. The new kitchen/diner can seat twelve people and has French windows leading onto a large patio in a sheltered, enclosed garden with beautiful rural views. The lounge has an open fire and comfortably seats seven adults. There is a local shop and good food can be eaten at three locations overlooking the sea. Bude is five minutes drive away. The beach at Widemouth Bay is excellent for all age groups and has a beach cafe together with an RNLI lifeguard service during peak holiday times. There is direct access to the North Cornwall coastal footpath from the beach at Widemouth.

Rockford is very close to the beach yet it is easy to enjoy the privacy of meals on the patio or in the quiet rear garden; multiple beach visits are easy!  Rockford has an external heated shower for summer use after returning from the beach; this is additional to the three internal showers.

This bungalow offers 3 double bedrooms and study/bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge, utility room and very large kitchen/diner overlooking a lovely rural view. The kitchen/diner has a vaulted ceiling with 6 velux windows making it very light and agreeable. French windows lead from the kitchen/diner to the rear patio and garden.
